How we handle your data

Phone numbers and email addresses shown on this site are there for you to reach the organising team. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive your contact details and your message so we can reply and help with your enquiry.

WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app with a pre-filled message; your number is only shared with us if you choose to send it.

This site loads some content from third-party providers: web fonts (Google Fonts), map embeds (Google Maps), and the event photographs hosted on our media storage. These providers may process basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the content. We do not pass your personal details to them.

The shop uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart between visits. This information stays on your device and is not sent anywhere until you choose to complete an order.

Gate and check-in staff log in with a PIN and a name. For offline use, a list of paid tickets is downloaded onto the staff device so scanning can work on the farm. Any check-ins made while offline are queued on the device and synced when the connection returns.

Before online bookings open, the organisers will confirm:

• The responsible organisation and contact for personal information.
• Exactly what information is collected and why.
• The payment and messaging providers used.
• How long information is kept.
• How to access, correct or request deletion of your information.
• Optional marketing consent, which you will not be enrolled in automatically.
